Our Process

Flow Packing

We use a constant flow packing technique for most of our columns.

Before creating a packing procedure, we take into account the resin material, bead size, the compression factor, and the chromatography technique.

Once the packing parameters are established, a batch record is created and used for the production process.

Quality Testing

Every variable bed-height column is tested for bed stability (pressure/flow curve), column efficiency (HETP), and peak asymmetry.

The column must pass the agreed-upon specifications before release.

Documentation and Reporting

Once the packing and testing is complete, we provide a comprehensive summary report.
