The Custom Column Packing Company focuses on packing chromatography columns with your choice of resin for research and non-GMP production use.

What We Offer:

·        Single-use columns in three diameters: 16mm, 26mm, and 50mm

·        Bed heights from 5cm to 20cm

·        Small-scale 1 mL and 5 mL columns (similar to Cytiva's HighTrap format)

How We Pack and Test: We use constant flow packing, which delivers the most reliable results. Each column is tested for quality using:

·        Pressure-flow curves to confirm bed stability

·        Salt spike tests to measure HETP (column efficiency) and peak asymmetry

After packing and testing, we sanitize the columns and flush them with storage buffer following the resin manufacturer's guidelines.

1.     You tell us which resin, column size, and quantity you need

2.     We send you a quote

3.     If you approve, we will order the materials and pack the columns at my CMO facility under my direct supervision

4.     We provide documentation, including traceability records and process data
